From where this Buddha prophecy came from

I am new to this forum and this is first post of me

I was scrolling around websites and I came upon this one

There is prediction about world revolution, on the sources of that part, it is stated as:

"A group of pilgrims undertook the mission to go to India to bring relics of the Buddha and the Bodhitree in B.E. 2484. They replicated Buddha’s predictions from a stone inscription at the Deerpark in Benares as follows:"

I have tried to research about people who traveled to India and found those stones but there is no result in English

so please if you have information about this stone inscription found in benares please share it, thanks
